Da Livio located in the heart of Cruz Bay, at the first floor of Boutique Hotel, offering an exclusive authentic taste of Italy an unique dining experience which no other italian restaurant on the island can offer.
The owners Livio and Neidys moved from Valtellina a valley in the Alps by the Como Lake in 2006 and they opened up the restaurant in 2007.

The ingredients are all imported and the preparation follows the original recipes as the handmade ravioli, agnolotti, gnocchi and pansotti, the pasta is homemade and all the sauces are always fresh and with the best quality available.
And da Livio is also pizzera, brick oven pizza is now available made from scrath in front of you with the best ingridients as the CAPUTO flour imported from Napoli, you can smell it in the deck!
Another update at da Livio is the espresso and capuccino made with the best espresso machine ever Faema E61 built in 1966, the only one in the USVI.

Da livio is open seven day from Thanksgiving to Easter otherwise on Monday is closed, the dining hours are 5.30 pm to 10.00 pm.
The restaurant can fit 50 people with an outside deck.
